Angela and Stuart Lang would like to offer you a warm welcome at Lower Southbrook Farm Holiday Cottages. We are ideally placed for visiting many of the popular tourist attractions on the East and South coasts of Devon, as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor. We are conveniently located only 6 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter and yet situated in a rural position within the beautiful East Devon countryside.

Lower Southbrook Farm offers quality holiday cottage accommodation set in the beautiful Devon countryside at very reasonable prices.
We have three comfortable single storey cottages which are adjacent to our owner occupied farmhouse. All cottages are self contained, fully furnished and centrally heated throughout the year. Two of the cottages can accommodate up to six persons whilst the third cottage is suitable for four persons. Ample car parking is available adjacent to the cottages.
You can swim or relax around our outdoor pool which is heated from mid May until early September. Additionally for the children, we also have a trampoline, playhouse, various play equipment and swings, coupled with 3.5 acres of land providing plenty of space to run and play.
